Why Group CrossFit?

Working out in a group at NorthEast leads to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Each day you’ll do a challenging workout (WOD) that combines the most effective fitness methods. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun. We offer 3 fitness levels (Sport, Fitness, and Foundations) to ensure that we can properly progress you no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. Unlike your neighborhood boot camp, we meet you where you’re at.
