We Are a Fully Equipped Health & Performance Facility

We are a team of Health Coaching Professionals with a mission to help our clients take back control of their health. Established in 2012 as NorthEast CrossFit, we are more than just a traditional CrossFit affiliate. Our holistic approach to fitness and health incorporates individual and group exercise as well as lifestyle and nutrition practices. Through understanding our clients needs and meeting them where they are at, we create a deeper and more personalized experience to truly help our clients achieve optimal health without the setbacks.
