We are a team of Health Coaching Professionals with a mission to help our clients take back control of their health. Established in 2012 as NorthEast CrossFit, we are more than just a traditional CrossFit affiliate. Our holistic approach to fitness and health incorporates individual and group exercise as well as lifestyle and nutrition practices.
